Job responsibilities include:
- To monitor and analyse the data and trends of Base of the pyramid segment
- Directly meet and engage with customers to effectively represent the voice of customers in new product development. Collect and prioritize targeted customer needs & technologies that can help to establish offer requirements and build robust offer roadmap
- Acts as an interface to the global business unit, providing upstream product input, competitive trends
- Positions and differentiates product and solutions in the marketplace through competitive pricing analysis
- Define best adapted business model to sell the offer
- Study competition products, solutions & services, provide inputs to offer development teams
- Propose ways to improve the existing solutions and increase our impact ambition maintaining scalability
- Develops and implements Marketing Plans for each product range throughout the entire product life cycle including products launches and obsolescence.
- Acts as an interface with Global marketing and communication team in developing pre & post sales marketing collaterals to support offer launches, feeding social media etc.,
- Supports channel and sales events as necessary, including customer visits, distributor webinars, etc.,
- He or She reports to Offer creation director

MBA or Any degree in Engineering.
Candidates with a Business/Marketing Degrees with demonstrated experience in Marketing analyst area
Experience
- 8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience in marketing/product management
- Have knowledge of marketing techniques and concepts
- Have good business awareness
- Excellent communicator, good collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to influence global cross-functional teams without formal authority, and to work effectively with customers, partners, business development, offer development and field teams
- Relevant work experience in renewable energy management systems or related technology preferred
- Experience in Social marketing will be an added advantage
