Marketing & Launch Program Manager @ RS Business Support

Job Description

The Marketing & Launch Program Manager is a key member of the Global Product Marketing team that drive the launch strategy and execution for the $2 Billion critical infrastructure portfolio widely used in Small & Medium Businesses, server rooms, datacenters, Industrial IoT environments and smart home.

You will work with cross-functional global teams from product marketing, product management, regional category, strategic marketing, channel and sales organizations. You will report to the US-based Head of Product Marketing for Transactional & Edge. The position provides the hybrid model of working onsite and working from home. Due to the global nature of the role, the position also offers flexible hour arrangement (start later in the day) and the ideal candidate must have the bandwidth to support US Eastern time zone from Monday to Thursday till 10:30 PM Bengaluru local time.

What you will be doing:

• Use agile techniques to create management system for accountability of marketing and product launches, track progress against established processes and confirm all content, tools and activation package are ready prior to commercial launch
• Own Global T&E Marketing SharePoint Portal and take lead in embedding content in My Schneider Partner Portal
• Maintain annual and quarterly launch calendars/windows and coordinate with stakeholders on timeline, launch assets and communication
• Collaborate with product marketing managers, category, regional marketing team and global function teammates on internal & external T&E content deployment and adoption
• Establish metrics on product marketing content, campaign and range landing pages; coordinate with global web analytics team to provide content improvement insights
• Support product marketing managers on other content management needs

• Bachelor s degree in marketing, communication, project management or relevant fields
• +5 years of marketing experiences with a focus on project/ program management
• Prior experience in managing marketing campaigns and launches highly desirable
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills
• Track record of project management experience within a highly matrixed organization and working with global teams, remote and across time zones
