Job Title:Executive Customer Relationship / Key Account Executive (ECR/KAE) Division: BioBank (Health Bank) Location: Chennai Company: LifeCell International Pvt. Ltd. www.lifecell.in

About LifeCell:Established in 2004, LifeCell is Indias leading stem cell and tissue bank, offering innovative healthcare solutions in stem cell transplants, genomics, wound care, and cellular skin science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Doctor & Hospital Relationship: Maintain regular engagement with gynecologists and hospital staff to strengthen partnerships and promote services.
• Key Account Management: Build and nurture partnerships with women & child care hospitals. Counsel expectant parents on the benefits of stem cell banking.
• Marketing & Events: Plan and execute a minimum of four marketing events per month to enhance brand visibility and reach.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations at homes, offices, or hospitals. Manage payments, provide sample collection kits, and coordinate with paramedics during childbirth.
• Post-Sales Service: Ensure timely follow-up and outstanding service to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
• Market Insights: Share industry trends and insights to support strategic business decisions.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 03 years
• Education: BSc / MSc / Biotech / Pharma / MBA
• Language: Fluent in English and local language
• Availability: Weekends and evenings (Week-off between Tuesday and Thursday)
• Other Requirements: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license
