Call Centre Support
Manage entire hardware infra for call center
Maintenance of phone dialers, recording and database services
Monitoring of server and High availability

Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum education requirements: Diploma in Hardware and Networking
Should be dedicated, organized, and proactive
Relevant experience of at least for 5 years
Excellent knowledge of Hardware and Software
Should possess strong organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Comfortable working independently
Adapt problem solver
Should be familiar with Windows Server environment
