Resolve Inbound International customer queries via calls
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Follow communication procedures and policies
Handling billing queries
Min 6 Months of experience in International BPO Voice process

Required Candidate profile

Graduate/ UG can apply
Both side cabs providing
Should have excellent Communication in English
Should have Basic computer knowledge
Candidates should be willing to work in US shiftHR Cl- 88679 90216
