General Finance Analyst III - Revenue Assurance Analyst
Position: General Finance Analyst III - Revenue Assurance Analyst
Position overview:Revenue Assurance Analyst will work collaboratively with team members across TELUS Digital globally, to execute revenue assurance projects regionally as well as to coordinate efforts to consolidate global policies for the area. This role will analyse, and compare contracts, relevant sources of reporting information, with billing records to identify areas where revenues and any related expenses are incomplete or inaccurate (i.e. revenue-expense leakage or over billings).
Key responsibilities:Review and assess controls of the operational processes across TELUS Digital with an emphasis on finding applicable billing control weaknesses for future prevention and detection; Liaise with geographic and business unit primes regarding the correction of key deficiencies found; Provide an exceptional level of service assistance to business unit requests for research investigations and provide supporting analysis where required; Lead and execute periodic complex contract to bill audits by reading terms and comparing them to billing records for missing or delayed items and investigate accordingly; Proactively find new sources for revenue realization and billing opportunities; Work actively to support all global initiatives to identify possible synergies within key processes a well as definition of standard controls where applicable; among other.
