 Presales Solution Architect

Job Description

A Pre-Sales Solutions AI Architect who collaborates with sales teams to design and present solutions that meet customer needs.

They understand the customer's business challenges, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure those solutions align with the customer's requirements and align with the company's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with sales teams and potential customers to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.

Design Solutions: Develop technical solutions that address customer needs and leverage the company's products and services.

Present Solutions: Deliver presentations and demonstrations of the proposed solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.

Address Technical Objections: Respond to technical questions and objections from customers, providing clear and concise explanations. Work with engineering, product management, and other internal teams to ensure the solution is feasible and meets customer requirements.

Offer technical support to sales teams during the sales process, including answering questions, providing demos, and resolving technical issues.

Skills and Qualifications: Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant AI technologies - Gen AI, Agentic AI, including software, hardware, and cloud platforms.

Experience in designing and implementing technical solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in the specific industry or market segment the company serves.


Mandatory Skills: Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant AI technologies - Gen AI, Agentic AI, including software, hardware, and cloud platforms.

Experience in designing and implementing technical solutions.
