6 months in Customer Service in an international BPO
Resolving billing issues using query solving techniques and providing clear and information.
Answering questions about billing
Manage International inbound customer calls and resolving inquiries

Required Candidate profile

Graduate/ UG can apply
Both side cabs providing
Should have excellent Communication in English
Should have Basic computer knowledge
