Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for all aspects of the operations and the services of the Human Resources Division including Talent Management & Recruiting, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Training/Education & Development, Compliance, Benefits, Compensation and Performance Management, HRIS, Office Services, Legal and Governmental compliance, and Budget areas of responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the data bank of the candidatures.
  • Organizing interviews, handling joining formalities and final clearance.
  • Preparing all correspondence letters.
  • Checking the punctuality norms of the staff.
  • Maintaining the leave status of the staff.
  • Maintaining the data of personal and employee status.
  • Maintaining all the records as per the statutory requirements.
  • HR Executive / Personnel Officer is authorized to implement better performance appraisal devices and new forms

of compensation, take disciplinary action.

  • HR Executive is authorized to plan and execute training and development activities.
  • Maintaining records as per statutory benefits.
  • Preparing quarterly returns to the employment exchange.
  • Maintaining gratuity records.
  • Handling group insurance records.
  • To clarify employee queries pertaining to medical insurance.
  • Forwarding bills for reimbursement and co-ordinating with the insurance company for the settlement of the

claims.

  • Part of all day to day general activities.
  • Preparing salary & incentive reports.
  • Evaluating a staff by appraising.
  • Preparing job description.
  • Involving in manpower planning / competency mapping.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Sound expertise in HR functional areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment.
  • Able to provide insights and recommendation on people.
  • Should be ethical and empathetic
  • Great team player and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization environment
  • Strong written and oral communication essential
  • Strong at planning and multi-tasking
