As an Architect at Quest Global, you will play a crucial role in managing complex, exciting, and innovative building construction projects in the Concept/Basic and Detail Design phases. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing sophisticated solutions for a wide variety of building typologies, leading the project team, and ensuring the success of the project. You will serve as the central point of contact for clients, user representatives, and the design team, and your communication skills will be key in delivering precise, binding, and result-oriented solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in design and implementation planning. Experience in using Autodesk Revit is an advantage. We expect you to have a high level of architectural design standards and technical competence. Assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, and acting are essential qualities for this position. Additionally, strong social skills and the ability to work independently are highly valued. Your ability to communicate precisely, bind stakeholders together, and deliver result-oriented solutions will be crucial to your success in this role.
Experience from the High Tech Industry, such as Semiconductor, Pharma, Lifesciences, Data Center, Battery/Automotive Production.

Work Experience : 5 to 10 Years
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture is must
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture
Experience in the High Tech Industry, preferably in Semiconductor, Pharma, Lifesciences, Data Center, Battery/Automotive Production
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Revizto
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their architectural needs and requirements
Develop and present architectural designs, plans, and proposals
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality
Coordinate with project teams, including engineers and contractors, to ensure successful project completion
Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and team members
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Proven track record of delivering high-quality architectural projects on time and within budget
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Revizto
