Job Description:
Emids Technologies is hiring experienced Fullstack Developers to lead the development of high-quality, scalable web applications. If you have 68 years of experience working with React, Next.js, Redux, and Node.js, and you're passionate about frontend architecture and team leadership, wed love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of robust front-end solutions using React, Next.js, and Redux.
- Drive architecture decisions, maintain code quality, and optimize performance for large-scale applications.
- Collaborate with backend developers working in Node.js to resolve data flow and API integration challenges.
- Establish and enforce scalable Redux state management patterns.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Take full ownership of sprint deliverables, timelines, and team productivity.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, QA, and Design teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly features.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 68 years of strong development experience in React/Next.js/Redux with exposure to Node.js.
- Solid grasp of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across layers.
- Experience leading engineering teams and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
