Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex software applications using .NET technologies such as ASP.NET MVC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop technical roadmaps for projects and provide guidance on architecture, design patterns, and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing dependencies across multiple stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in .NET development with expertise in ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget constraints.
