Position : Area sales Executive

Education qualification -Any degree

Technical qualification- MS Office, Excel.

Behavioral Skills Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, Business acumen, good presentation skills, self motivator, problem solving, critical thinking, time management, effective communication, Marketing research & analysis


Experience 2-5 years in same role in Diagnostics or referral lab-B2b(Pathology), Labs services


Preferred Industry Medical Diagnostics /Hospitals/Retail business

Key responsibilities
Job Responsibilities

  • Promoting Tricorder diagnostics products and services to all Hospitals, labs, diagnostics, clinics.
  • Identification potential business avenues and market trends and products.
  • Competitor products and services analysis in the assigned territory and customization of tricorder products and services according to market prices.
  • Focusing of specialty doctors like Endocrinology, General medicine, Gynecology, paediatrics, Pulmonologists, Ortho, Oncology, Cardiology.
  • Conducting Healthcamps and offering customized health packages.
  • Developing B2b, B2c clients in the assigned territories.
  • Meeting monthly sales targets assigned by the reporting manager.
  • Presenting, promoting and selling products using effective presentation/discussions to existing and prospective customers
  • Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
  • Provide technical product training and basic user functionality training to customer base when required.
  • Work closely with office staff to implement appropriate policies to manage workflow and communication.
  • Responsible for sale, collection and business development for the assigned area.
  • Support customer centric programs like Conferences, trade shows and workshops with technical expertise/product knowledge.
  • Timely complete and submit all required report asked by the management and manager.
  • Timely reporting and maintaining customer data base as per the company guidelines.
  • Resolve customer issues with the available resources.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Escalate technical issues to technical/audiological team as needed
  • Promote continuous improvement
  • Remain flexible in filling other project roles as required.
  • Flexible with the time of work and open for extensive travelling.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Require Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills including both verbal and written (English, Hindi, Marathi)
  • Sales with Negotiation, Market intelligence, Competitors analysis and Leadership abilities
  • Good knowledge of computer/ MS Office
  • Good Presentation and Client Relationship Skills
  • Zeal to achieve sales goals and targets
  • Should be creative, planner, self-motivated, resilient, and driven by targets

Qualification and Experience

  • Qualifications - Bachelor's in Science/ Commerce/ Management/ Business (B. Com / BMS) or any other equivalent
  • Preferred/ Additional Qualifications - Master's in Business Management/ Marketing (MBA, MMS, PGDMS)
  • Minimum Experience - 0-10 years years in Sales & Business Development in Medical Dignostics, Hospitals
  • Relevant/Additional Experience - Experience in Medical or related Industries will be preferred
