Job Role :

Handling Litigation :

• Drafting and Vetting of Petitions/Suits/Written Statement etc. for the company along with research on relevant exhibits, annexure in case to case basis.
• Monitoring and guiding litigation's across the functions.

Drafting Contracts :

• Drafting and Vetting of various agreements i.e. MSA's, Franchise Agreement, Leave and License, Indenture of Lease, DoA's, Interconnect Agreements, LOI's, NDA's, Power of Attorney's, Term Sheets and Consultancy Agreements for different departments.
• Handling contract drafting, negotiation & litigation (civil, criminal, labour laws).
• Drafting and verifying title deeds and other property documents in English as well as regional language for affiliate / subsidiary companies transactions.

Licenses :

• Responsible for registration and obtaining various licenses and permits in relation to operating of stores in co-ordination with regulatory authorities and the operational team of the company.
• Guiding, supervising and coordinating for Company related issues in connection with IPR (Trademark, Patents), Compliance, Legal Metrology, FSSAI, Weights & Measures laws

MIS: Maintaining updated database and Legal MIS
