We are hiring for Associate Manager - LFR Position for Premium Retail Brand from large format store. Details below:
Exp - 2 to 6 Years
Gender - Male
Qualification -Under Graduate/Graduate
Job Location - Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Calicut

4. Sales oriented Job Description-
- Responsible For Secondary Sales of Modern Retail Trade Sales for the store
-Lead team of respective store for secondary sales growth & initiate the accounts for planning assortment, launch & execution.
-Analyze product level & article level gaps on floor.
-Responsible recruiting staff/brand promoters and control attrition.
-Responsible for training brand promoters on Merchandise display/VM & product level FAB's.
-Should have analytical skills to read and evaluate the sales performance and work out plan for the same.
