Job Description
Preferred B.Tech(Civil) candidates only.
Roles:
Managing resources of the project and assigning them effectively over the projects.
Develop and identify methods and plan for best practices and standards.
Keep a check if the project is executed according to the specifications and standards or not.
Mentoring, training, and briefing the contractor.
Carrying out project audits.
Developing and managing project policies, procedures, templates, and other process.
Managing the constraints and risks.
Coordinating communications across the projects.
Documentation and team management.
Responsibilities
Quality control
Timely completion of activities and work planned.
Planning activities according to the client demand
Project execution as per the required sequence.
Managing design and drawing issues.
Manage resources.
Mandatory skill set
Candidates should have experience in high rise residential buildings.
MIVAN/ Aluminum form work experience is a must.
PMC experience is an added advantage.
Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in construction.
At least one full project cycle completion (start to end) as a Project manager role.
Qualifications:
B.E/B. Tech Civil engineering is must.
