Job Description:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Ops, PMO)
• Identify inefficiencies in the current SDLC process and recommend improvements
• Ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations
• Guide teams in adopting Agile & Scrum best practices
• Oversee end-to-end migration (timelines, budgets, risks)
• Ensure teams understand and use Azure Boards effectively for backlog management
• Track velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, and lead time
• Conduct workshops for PMs, developers, and testers
• Address resistance and drive adoption
• Promote best practices (branching strategies, PR reviews)
