Sales Coordinator @ Key-Tech Engineering

Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Order Processing

• Verifying the purchase order received from clients against negotiated quotation
• Register the SO in system

Dispatch Coordination

• Generate e-way bills
• Generate Invoices
• Follow up for LRs
• Print and compile all dispatch documents (Road permit, Commercial Invoice, Delivery Challan, LR
• Send all documents to factory
• Coordination with Operations team regarding the status of the dispatch
• Keeping the client updated about the delivery schedule and delays if any and remaining in coordination with the client and delivery person until they receive the product

Post Despatch Coordination

• Ensure all documents as per PO are received by customer
• Ensure all Invoices are received by customers
• Follow up with customers for receipt of payments
• Follow up with accounts for resolving any customer queries
• Follow up with Operations team for resolving any customer queries regarding dispatch
• Follow up with customer regarding release of bank guarantees

Team Management

• Ensuring that enough people are available in the team for smooth functioning of the department
• Participating in selection interviews
• Orienting and training new joinees in the department

Sanctioning leaves of team members

• Evaluating team performance
• Suggesting newer initiatives to HR for team development
• Acting as the spokesperson of the team
• Coordinating with HR for any employee development initiatives
