Responsibilities:
1. Achieving monthly and annual sales targets through strategic sector-wise selling
2. Generating new business by identifying value-added customers and conducting field visits
3. Collecting payments and ensuring timely TDS compliance
4. Conducting market analysis to support profitable segment targeting
5. Actively participating in Kaizens, compliance, and safety initiatives
Requirements:
1. Education: Degree/Diploma in Engineering
2. Experience: 3+ years in sales (motor solutions)
3. Skills: Strong communication & negotiation skills
4. Bonus: Technical know-how in Calibration & Inspection is a plus
