Job Description
Purchase Executive - For West Africa - Guinea Location
Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels and plan purchases accordingly.
- Coordinate with departments for requirements.
- Identify or communicate with fixed suppliers, collect and compare quotes.
- Negotiate best terms and get management approval.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on advance payments.
- Track shipments, coordinate for timely delivery and clearance.
- Maintain proper procurement records and ISO documentation.
- Analyse market trends for cost-effective sourcing.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with 3-7 years of relevant experience in purchase/Procurement.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and import documentation.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- French language will be a value added advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing or export industry preferred.
- Willing to relocate and work full-time in Guinea, West Africa.
