Oracle PLSQL Programmer @ Neuheit Technologies

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Procedure /packages/triggers and analytical function

2. Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks

3. Write clean, testable code using programming languages

4. Develop technical specifications and architecture including documentation

5. Test and debug applications

6. Review and refactor code

7. Deploy fully functional applications

8. Upgrade existing programs

Preferred candidate profile

1. 3~8 years work experience as a Oracle Developer

2. Proficiency in creating DB Design and building Oracle DB Objects

3. In-depth knowledge of SQL and PLSQL

4. DB Design:  Implementing the data model required by the application i.e. Creating schema objects like table, index, sequence, synonym, procedure, functions, packages, triggers, views etc.  View Data Dictionary / Metadata

5. SQL:  Good exposure and hands-on over DQL, DDL, DML, DCL, TCL SQL Commands,  Ability to write queries for restricting and sorting data. Use Oracle Numeric, Character, DateTime and Conversion Functions. Using Set Operators. Using Grouping and Subqueries. Write moderately complex queries

6. Oracle PL/SQL:  Good Knowledge of PL/SQL Datatypes, Control structures, Cursors, Exception Handling, Oracle supplied packages,  Best Practices.

7. Toad or PLSQL Developer:  Ability to configure and work on anyone of it, configuration include setting preferences and environment.
