- Job Title: Lead Blockchain Developer Location: Indore (Work From Office) Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Developer with a strong background in EVM-based blockchains and a solid understanding of POS/DPOS consensus mechanisms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure, smart contract development, and backend services integration. Youll be working closely with our engineering and product teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient decentralized applications and blockchain solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications on EVM-compatible blockchains (e.g., Ethereum, BSC, Polygon). Implement and optimize POS/DPOS consensus algorithms within blockchain environments. Develop and deploy smart contracts in Solidity, ensuring security and efficiency. Work with Geth (Go Ethereum) and contribute to low-level protocol development and debugging using Golang. Build robust backend services using Node.js for blockchain data handling and integration. Containerize applications and manage development environments using Docker. Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for deployment and CI/CD integration. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the blockchain ecosystem. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in blockchain development, with a strong focus on EVM-based chains. Proven experience with POS/DPOS consensus mechanisms. Proficient in Solidity, with experience developing and deploying production-level smart contracts. Strong knowledge of Geth and Golang for blockchain node-level operations and development. Solid backend experience with Node.js and related frameworks. Proficiency with Docker for containerization and environment management. Experience with Web3 technologies, JSON-RPC, and Ethereum toolsets (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat). Familiarity with secure coding practices and common blockchain vulnerabilities (reentrancy, gas optimization, etc.).
