Job Description

    We are looking for a Skilled Assembly Technician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and tools handling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling robotic systems and components as per defined specifications, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards. Key Responsibilities: Assemble robotic systems and sub-components based on engineering drawings and specifications Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics during the assembly process to resolve technical issues Use a variety of hand tools and measurement instruments with precision Conduct preventive maintenance and assist in the refinement of assembly processes Create and maintain detailed service reports and documentation Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and on-time delivery Adhere to safety protocols and quality control procedures throughout the assembly lifecycle Requirements Core Competencies & Skills: Hands-on experience in robotic systems assembly Proficiency in handling basic mechanical tools Skilled in using measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) Working knowledge of SolidWorks Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues Strong understanding of technical documentation and service reporting Effective team collaboration and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: ITI/Diploma/Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field Prior experience in a robotics or industrial automation environment Benefits Benefits Innovative Work - Be part of cutting-edge robotics and automation projects.
