WALKIN INTERVIEW:HYDERABAD/CHENNAI

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineering Manager Electrical (PEM) to lead the engineering and technical execution of 132kV and above substation and transmission projects. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in design coordination, multi-disciplinary engineering leadership, and stakeholder management across large-scale EPC or utility-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all electrical engineering activities across project lifecyclefrom concept to commissioning.

• Coordinate and manage design inputs for substation (AIS/GIS), transmission lines, and related systems.

• Review and approve electrical drawings, SLDs, layouts, cable schedules, and BOMs.

• Interface with design consultants, OEMs, procurement, and construction teams.

• Ensure engineering deliverables meet project milestones, cost targets, and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (IEC, IS, IEEE) and client specifications.

• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership and problem-solving.

• Support bid proposals, technical clarifications, and client presentations when required.
