Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Billing Documents as per statutory requirements and maintaining proper records.
  • Prepare Sales Report and MIS.
  • Prepare Receivables report and follow up with Customers for payments.
  • Prepare Stock Transfer documents as per statutory requirements and maintain proper records.
  • Internal Stock Audit and reconciliation with ERP as per Company policies.
  • Liasioning with Official departments, as necessary.
  • Bookkeeping and Records maintenance.

 

Qualification & Requirement

  • Graduate in Commerce
  • 0 2 years
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
