Immediate Joiner Required Job Title: QA / Software Tester Location: Noida Sec - 63 Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 1 year Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA / Software Tester with at least 1 year of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing a variety of systems including ERP software, web applications, and other business software. You should have a strong understanding of QA processes, and be confident in writing and executing test cases effectively to ensure product quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business and system requirements to create effective test plans Write, maintain, and execute clear and comprehensive test cases Conduct manual testing for web, desktop, ERP, and mobile applications Perform different types of testing including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Log defects with detailed documentation and follow up through resolution using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to resolve issues and clarify requirements Participate in sprint planning and review meetings in Agile environments Prepare and maintain test documentation and quality reports Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in manual software testing (including ERP and other application types) Proven ability to write and execute test cases properly and consistently Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA methodologies Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools Good verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation Exposure to automation tools (like Selenium, Postman, etc.) is an advantage ISTQB or similar QA certification is a plus What We Offer: Work on a wide range of software projects, from ERP to web and mobile apps Career growth and continuous learning opportunities Supportive, collaborative team culture Competitive salary and benefits Apply: If you meet the above qualifications and are excited to grow your career in software testing, we'd love to hear from you!
