Job Description

Designation : Desktop Support Engineer L2 ( Male)

Location : Pirangut

Experience : 2-5 Years

Salary -Upto 18k

Communication Skill- Good (English)

Responsibilities and Duties :-

  • Windows Server Setup and Maintainence
  • Firewall Maintainence
  • Should have knowledge of N-Computing,
  • Network & Internet to be Management skills
  • Have knowledge about Design Software
  • Format and OS installation knowledge on Win 7 and above
  • Should have knowledge of Gateway, Active directory, DNS, DHCP
  • knowledge of hardware & networking
  • OS Installation and troubleshooting, patches updates, etc.
  • User Profile configuration and management
  • Having sound knowledge on Windows 10 operating system
  • Outlook configuration and PST management.
  • Antivirus configuration and management
  • Should have knowledge on file sharing and permissions
  • USB / Network Printer management and configuration.
  • Internet and Intranet issue management
  • AD, Antivirus, Proxy basic tasks management
  • Basic network troubleshooting including LAN, Wireless and WAN
  • Worked on Data backup softwares (Symantec, Veeam Backup etc.)
  • Familiar with NAS Configuration
  • Spares management and inventory update
  • Handle diagnosis and troubleshooting of computers to discover and solve hardware and Network faults
  • Handle logging of queries for both customers and employees
