Responsibilities: Design, development, testing, maintenance and support of complex data extracts. Develop standards, policies and procedures for ETL-related activities, including data movement, quality and cleansing. Ensure design consistency with development standards and guidelines. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, DBAs and system administrators. Actively participate in design and analysis sessions to determine appropriate ETL solutions and architecture. Investigate and resolve complex problems related to data integration and transformation. Adhere to IS Department policies best practices and work successfully within an iterative SDLC environment. IT Graduate (BE, BTech, MCA) preferred. Job Requirements Details: Required skills: 4-year degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years ETL Experience with ETL tools (Talend). Solid grasp of RDBMS concepts, particularly related to MSSQL and ORACLE. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team. Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced work environment. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software. Desired Skills: Knowledge of ERP SAP, SAP HANA 2+ years of Java experience,
