Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with organizational standards.
- Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Act as the primary communication bridge between vendors and internal teams.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain consistent and effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones, timelines, and any potential challenges.
- Resource Management:
Allocate internal and external resources efficiently. Manage team dynamics and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Risk & Issue Management:
Identify project risks early and implement strategies to mitigate or eliminate their impact.
- Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and conform to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting:
Generate and present regular project reports detailing status updates, key achievements, issues, and risk analysis.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Educational Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
(MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.)
- Certifications (Preferred):
- PMP / PRINCE2
- Agile/Scrum Master Certification
- ITIL Foundation
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing IT projects end-to-end
- Experience in the health, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods sector is highly preferred
- Strong background in vendor and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello)
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
