About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Home Health Coder with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our coding team. If your passionate about accuracy, compliance, and making a difference in healthcare documentation, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign accurate medical codes (ICD-10, OASIS) to patient records in Home Health settings.
• Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and internal QA standards.
• Review and analyze clinical documentation for coding accuracy.
• Collaborate with QA teams and other departments to resolve coding queries.
• Maintain high accuracy levels and meet productivity targets.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 1 plus years of hands-on experience in Home Health Coding.
• Certifications such as BCHH-C, CPC, CCS, HCS-D, or similar preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, OASIS guidelines, and CMS rules.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• A reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment.
