interactive communication.
Ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
Adaptability to different personality types and situations.
HSC-Graduate
Excellent communication skills.
The candidate should clear versant 5.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service Voice Process.
