Job Role


Manage high volumes of calls with professionalism and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, following procedures and escalating when needed. Ensure clear, empathetic communication, making customers feel supported.


Job Responsibilities


Manage high volumes of calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, following procedures and escalating when needed.
Ensure clear, empathetic communication, making customers feel supported.
Provide exceptional service via voice calls, promptly addressing inquiries and issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
interactive communication.

Ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
Adaptability to different personality types and situations.

HSC-Graduate
Excellent communication skills.
The candidate should clear versant 5.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service Voice Process.
