Job Description
We are currently on the lookout for dynamic professionals to join us as Data Analyst Manager for a top media company at Pune.
Location: Pune (Face-to-Face Interview Only)

Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain optimal data pipelines using Python, SQL, AWS, and Snowflake.
Manage large, complex datasets to meet business and functional requirements.
Automate data processes, optimize delivery pipelines, and enhance infrastructure for scalability.
Create analytics tools to derive actionable insights into customer acquisition, efficiency, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with Executive, Product, Design, and Data teams to resolve technical issues and improve infrastructure.
Ensure data privacy and secure operations across AWS and global regions.
Continuously enhance data system functionality in coordination with analytics teams.
Required Qualifications:
Strong experience with SQL, Python, and associated data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
Skilled in data pipeline development, transformation workflows, and infrastructure scaling.
Proficient with Snowflake, AWS, and data engineering tools.
Experience in web scraping, working with APIs, and managing large datasets.
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Cassandra).
Debugging and performance tuning capabilities for SQL Server and cloud data tools.
Experience & Education:
6+ years in data analysis/data engineering roles.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Google Cloud.
Desired Skills:
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Effective communicator and team player in cross-functional environments.
Agile, solution-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced setups.
Note: This role is based in Pune and will require face-to-face interviews only.
