Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):
Develop a motivated, committed and high performing store team
Encourage and promote all opportunities to drive sales, leading by example
Implementation of BU, VM and Marketing guidelines
Be familiar with local competition and respond accordingly in order to create competitive advantage
Line manage Section Managers and the store team using effective performance coaching to achieve results
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of seasonal look as per BU guidelines
Agree employee rotas and numbers and ensure key seasonal events are effectively staffed
Enhance sales through analysis of trends such as footfall, conversion, UPT etc.
Ensure achievement of sales targets for the store.
Monitor achievement of sales targets and take corrective measure where required
Ensure a smooth and accurate process for stock management in the store
Build a connection with the customers and understand their needs
Monitor the feedback from staff and customers on the store products and services and give feedback to the relevant area where required
Engage staff in the store with regular briefings and accurate and timely delivery of the recognition policy in store
Develop team members by providing them with timely and constructive feedback
Conduct performance appraisals of your team
