Summary
We are seeking an experienced CRM & Data Systems Administrator to support our growing
sales, marketing, and customer service teams through effective Salesforce administration,
hands-on user support, and business intelligence reporting. This is a hybrid role focused
primarily on end-user training, support, and documentation, with added responsibility for
Power BI dashboarding and data integration across Microsoft platforms.

Primary Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Support (60%)
- Provide daily support to Salesforce users (sales, marketing, service teams)
- Conduct virtual onboarding, coaching, and training sessions for new and existing users
- Build and maintain user documentation, how-to guides, and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues quickly and professionally
- Manage users, profiles, roles, fields, layouts, workflows, automations, and campaigns
- Import, clean, and manage customer and account data
- Install and manage third-party app integrations (e.g., Twilio, Mailchimp, DocuSign)
Power BI Reporting & Analytics (20%)
- Connect Salesforce, SQL Server, and Dataverse to Power BI
- Design and publish dynamic, visual dashboards for sales, operations, and marketing teams
- Manage dataset refreshes and performance tuning
- Work with stakeholders to gather report requirements and deliver actionable insights
Data Management & Integration (20%)
- Support product database management in SQL Server and/or Dataverse
- Assist with data transformation and cleanup for reporting and CRM syncing
- Build or manage low-code ETL pipelines in Azure Data Factory (training can be provided)
- Support Power Platform app data needs where relevant (e.g., Power Apps)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Admin certification
preferred)
- Proven experience delivering end-user training and documentation in English
- Experience with Power BI, including building dashboards and using DAX / Power Query
- Proficient with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard, report builder)
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and Dataverse; ADF experience a plus
- Strong communicator, patient trainer, and detail-oriented problem solver
- Ability to work remote with U.S.-based teams across time zones
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting teams in retail, e-commerce, education, or B2B environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, API integrations, or middleware platforms
