Job Description
Job Summary :
We are seeking talented Senior Backend Engineers with expertise in NodeJS and Python. The ideal candidates will have a robust knowledge of Java, microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD, along with a solid understanding of AdTech. Applicants without AdTech experience or affiliate marketing SaaS product knowledge will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities :
Backend Development :
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using NodeJS and Python.
- Implement scalable and efficient microservices architecture.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and review processes.
AdTech Expertise :
- Leverage deep understanding of AdTech to develop solutions tailored to the industry.
- Work on projects related to affiliate marketing SaaS products.
Java Proficiency :
- Utilize strong knowledge of Java to enhance backend services where applicable.
DevOps and CI/CD :
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain and optimize infrastructure.
Collaboration and Communication :
- Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Communicate effectively regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications :
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience :
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in backend development.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in NodeJS and Python for backend development.
- Strong knowledge of Java and microservices architecture.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
- Solid understanding of AdTech and affiliate marketing SaaS products.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
Soft Skills :
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
