Job Description

KEY DELIVERABLES

• Achieving Production Targets
• Manpower Management and Training
• Team Size will be 150 people in a shift.
• Production Management
• Safety awareness & fire fighting
• 5 S
• Lean Manufacturing
• ISO Awareness
• Line Quality checking
• Preparation of documents as per Quality Dept. requirement
• QMS, EMS, OHSAS
• Root Cause Analysis
• Team Building & Lead effectively.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES

• BE/DME in Mech/Elect/Production
• Preferably HVAC Assembly line, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Chiller Manufacturing
• Willing to work in Shift timings i.e. First, Second & Night Shift
• Close coordination with stores and Inventory management based on the guidelines
• Collaborating with PPC, Procurement, QA for smooth operations and meet delivery commitments
• Hands on experience in SAP/MRP/ERP Software for production planning.
