Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large, complex datasets to uncover insights, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to develop and deploy machine learning models and data solutions that solve real-world problems.
Job Responsibilities:
- 4+ Years of Data Science Model Development experience
- Possess expertise to build Regression and Classification models, should have Experience in performing EDA, Feature selection/Feature Reduction, building models and evaluate its performance
- Should have thoughtfulness to improve the accuracy of the models to desirable level
- Experience in handling big datasets
- Strong programming proficiency in python with mastery of datascience libraries Pandas, numpy and scikitlearn
- Ability to adapt new tools and techniques
- Strong Experience of interacting with clients to understand requirement, showcase the results and get appropriate feedback
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in GCP (Preferred) / AWS / AZure
- Good understanding of statistical concepts
- Should be able to evaluate and bring in advanced techniques to enhance the value-add for clients
- Passion for innovation and continuous drive to learn and stay updated on latest advancements in data science.
Required Skills:
- 4 to 6 years in the Data Science domain
- Strong experience in Python
- Data Scientist, Regression & Classification Model development with Python, Feature Engineering, Improving Accuracy, GCP.
