Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in AR calling or related field (US healthcare).
Strong knowledge of US healthcare billing processes and regulations.
Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers/providers.
Ability to work independently from home office setup during night shifts (rotational).
