Job Description

Responsible for plant process quality and ensure ZERO quality defect at customer.
Periodic validation of POKA-YOKE on the Assay lines, part master validation,
Responsible for Safe launch activity and co-ordination for NPD.
Rejection handling, analysis reporting to concerns and RED BIN meeting with cross functioning team. Ensure 100% stock accuracy of hold or quarantine material. Handling of rework.
Carrying process validation after any modification on Assay lines, and defect master creation. Periodic audits on Assy lines and reporting.
QA matrix, Defect matrix, variant matrix, PFMEA, Control plan, Line start-up, PPAP etc.
