Power BI/Tableau Developer - Data Visualization @ Visionyle Solutions

Job Description

Experience : 12+yrs RelevantNotice Period : Immediate - 15 DaysLocation : ITPL, Whitefield, Bengaluru (3-4 day a week WFO)Shift : 10AM - 7 PM JD: Responsibilities :1. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.2. Design and implement data models and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and availability for reporting.3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations.4. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.5. Optimize performance and efficiency of Tableau and Power BI dashboards.6. Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of dashboards.7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and business intelligence.9. Troubleshoot and resolve Tableau-related/Power BI issues and provide technical support to end-users.10. Document technical specifications, design decisions, and data governance processes related to Tableau/Power BI development.Qualifications :1. Proven experience as a Tableau developer or Power BI developer.2. Strong proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI, including data modeling, visualization development, and dashboard design.3. Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.6. Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.7. Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, Hadoop or MySQL.8. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).11. Experience with scripting languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
