We are seeking an initiative-taking and organized Team Leader to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth execution of various HR functions(Hire to Retire)

An HR Operations Team Lead plays a pivotal role in bridging the management and execution of HR functions. They oversee team activities, ensure operational excellence, and drive collaboration. Here's a breakdown of their roles and responsibilities:


Roles and Responsibilities:


Team Leadership

- Supervising and guiding the HR operations team to meet objectives.- Allocating tasks effectively and monitoring team performance. Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills.

HR Process Management

- Managing the employee lifecycle processes like onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions.

- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll and employee records.

- Overseeing compliance with company policies and labor laws.

System Oversight

- Monitoring and maintaining HR Information Systems (HRIS) for data accuracy.

- Generating reports and metrics to support decision-making.

Managing Escalations

- Addressing operational challenges and resolving escalated employee queries.

- Coordinating with other departments to solve cross-functional issues.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Acting as a liaison between HR leadership and the operations team.

- Contributing to the alignment of HR operations with strategic business goals.


Experience: 5 years 8 years

Qualifications - Graduate

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

- Strong understanding of HR Operations and payroll laws and regulations.


Additional Skillsets:

- Proficiency in HRIS tools / Payroll software (SAP, Workday) and ServiceNow.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple task and prioritize effectively.

Job Description - Assistant Manager :

About the Role:

As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth execution of various HR functions (Hire to Retire).


Key Responsibilities:


HR Operations Oversight:

- Streamlining HR processes and workflows to ensure efficiency.

- Managing day-to-day employee lifecycle processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.

- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Policy and Compliance Management:

- Developing, implementing, and updating SOPs in line with client requirement.

- Conducting audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

HRIS and Systems Management:

Pre-Payroll Administration:

  • SLA Compliance: Monitors daily dashboards, conducts huddles, and reviews SLAs to ensure delivery predictability.
  • Process Compliance: Ensures adherence to processes and updates SOPs as needed to maintain process compliance.

Customer & Governance

  • Customer Interaction: Resolves escalations from process owners to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Governance Compliance: Participates in governance activities to ensure process-level delivery predictability.

Knowledge Management & Process Improvement

  • Knowledge Management: Ensures compliance with knowledge management systems and documents best practices.
  • Process Reengineering: Identifies process gaps and leads improvement initiatives to meet client and internal commitments.

Resource Optimization & CSAT

  • Resource Optimization: Implements corrective actions to minimize billing losses and reduce buffer to meet financial goals.
  • CSAT Process: Implements improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction.

Audits & Compliance

  • Audits & Compliance: Prepares self-assessment materials to ensure delivery predictability and process compliance.

  • Experience: 9 years 15 years
  • Qualifications Graduate
