HINDI SPEAKING IS MANDATORY FOR THIS ROLE

JD For Telecalling:
Calling potential or existing customers for Financial support organization.

Requirements

Freshers (Graduate/Undergraduate) ready for the calling process
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
Excellent knowledge of the Bengali Language, and multi-linguistic will be an added benefit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Ready for F2F Interview
