Responsibilities:Training Program Development:Design, develop, and update training modules, materials, and resources specifically for F&B Service Stewards.Content should cover a wide range of topics including:Introduction to the Hospitality and Food & Beverage Industry.Understanding the role and responsibilities of an F&B Service Steward.Grooming, personal hygiene, and professional appearance standards.Greeting and seating guests.Menu knowledge and presentation (including food and beverage descriptions).Order taking procedures and using Point of Sale (POS) systems if applicable.Table setting and clearing procedures for various service styles.Serving food and beverages (including different types of drinks).Handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints.Cash handling and payment procedures.Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas.Food safety and sanitation practices.Workplace safety procedures and basic first aid.
