Job Description

Responsibilities : - Answering phone calls and explaining the company's products and services. Contacting both existing and potential customers using scripts.- Collecting customer information and other pertinent data.- Asking customers questions to understand their specifications.- Resolving issues and queries related to the products and services.- Recording all sales calls and deals.- Processing product orders professionally.- Regularly updating the customer database.- Suggesting solutions based on customer needs and requirements.Requirements :- Qualification : High school diploma or equivalent.- Experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales role.- Professional certification in sales and marketing is a plus.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.- Strong organizational skills.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Ability to manage multiple tasks.- Excellent problem-solving skills. Keen attention to detail.- Hardworking and diligent.- Good time management skills.- Strong decision-making abilities.- Ability to handle stress and pressure.
