Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO customer service or related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken) with good knowledge of Hindi speaking.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office Suite.
