Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Technical Project Manager with 5+ years of experience leading software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven expertise in project planning, team coordination, and stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects.
Define project scope, timelines, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, allocate resources, and track progress.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to Agile practices, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing project updates and managing expectations.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in technical project management.
Proven experience in managing software development projects end-to-end.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Technical background or experience working closely with software engineering teams.
