Job Description

RBL Bank Ltd is looking for Test Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey A Test Lead is responsible for managing the testing activities of a software development project 1 Developing and implementing a test plan for the project, including defining test objectives, test cases, and test scenarios 2 Conducting test reviews and collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve defects and issues 3 Developing and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports 4 Managing the testing environment, including setting up test environments, managing test data, and ensuring that testing resources are available 5 Managing the testing budget, including estimating testing costs, tracking expenses, and managing resources to stay within budget
