JOB OFFER FOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE- CA INTER AMATYA ENTERPRISES FORT MUMBAI

* The Accounts executive should not be pursuing CA. Applicants who have pursued and are Inter CA passed will be preferred*

CTC: Rs 4 lacs - 6.0 lacs per annum (depending upon experience)

 Requirements: - Accounting experience of Tally software of minimum 3 years

- Good Knowledge of Accounting Policies, Income Tax Act, GST Act, Companies Act

- Good Knowledge of Corporate Structures-Companies/Partnerships/LLP

- Prior Work Experience of handling compliance of Private Limited Companies and LLPs

- Inter CA pass is a huge plus

- Office Timing 10 am to 7 pm  / - Sunday Off

 Responsibilities:  - Passing of journal entries in Tally software

- Preparing bank reconciliation, account receivable and account payable statements

- Preparing of interim and annual financial statements along with directors report

- Preparing and filing of income tax returns, TDS returns, GST returns, AOC-4, MGT-7 and other accounting, taxation and secretarial returns

- Maintaining and updating all the statutory records & registers

- Analysing the changes in law from accounting, taxation and secretarial point of view and assisting management

- Ensuring effective co-ordination with various stakeholders like Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, and Secretarial Consultants and carry out successful completion of secretarial and Statutory Audit

- Exposure in Legal work such as Vetting of legal agreements, legal cases, etc.
