Job Description
Notice Period : Immediate to 30daysWe are seeking a Software Engineer Team Lead with excellent communication skills, both oral and written. The role involves monitoring all team members and providing necessary advice and guidance while ensuring high-quality results. You will be responsible for training and motivating the team to achieve desired outcomes, with the ability to lead, direct, and manage team members effectively. Handling multiple modules simultaneously and delegating tasks to appropriate team members will be key aspects of this role.Primary Responsibilities : Effective Communication :
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to clearly convey ideas, instructions, and feedback to the team and stakeholders.Team Supervision :
- Monitor the progress of all team members to ensure their work aligns with project goals, and provide necessary advice, support, and guidance when needed.Training and Development :
- Lead the training efforts for team members to enhance their skills and motivate them to achieve the desired results while fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.Leadership :
- Lead, direct, and manage a diverse team by delegating responsibilities appropriately and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Inspire and guide the team towards achieving both individual and collective goals.Multitasking :
- Oversee and manage multiple project modules or components simultaneously, ensuring that all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) are running smoothly.Task Delegation :
- Assign tasks based on individual team member strengths, skill sets, and workloads to ensure timely and efficient completion of all deliverables.- Good communication skills - oral written.- Monitor all team members and provide necessary advice and guidance.- Training all team members and motivating them to produce desired results.- Ability to lead, direct and control team members.- Ability to handle multiple modules at the same time.- Delegating tasks to team membersSkills :- Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core MVC.- Proficiency in coding languages such as C++, Java, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS and Git.- Strong knowledge in HTML5 (with Bootstrap), JavaScript, XML, CSS3, J Query, Ajax, and Web API.- Experience with Entity Framework 2.1 and EF Core.- Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.- Ability to learn new languages and technologies.- Resourcefulness, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.- Team player with good time-management and interpersonal skills.- Experience in developing dotnet web applications using #ASP.NET MVC | ASP.NET Core MVC applications.- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (AngularJS, Git)- Design and develop software applications using hashtag#HTML5( Bootstrap); JavaScript; XML; hashtag#CSS3; J Query; J SON Object, Ajax, Web API.- Knowledge of EntityFramework2.1 and EF Core- Understanding of HTML, JS, and CSS- Ability to learn new languages and technologies.- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.- Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data.- Team player- Good time-management skills- Great interpersonal and communication skills
