Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Sales Management:
  Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in revenue, market share, and customer retention within the area.
  Monitor and analyze sales performance across locations, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
 Collaborate with individual sales managers/sales team to set sales targets and create actionable plans for achieving them.
 Lead efforts to convert leads into sales, ensuring design solutions are tailored to client needs and budget.
Guide, mentor, and train team members to achieve sales targets while fostering high energy levels to sustain their performance and drive results.
 Ensure the team consistently achieves the targeted lead conversion ratio.Leadership and People Management:
 Lead and manage multiple sales team.
 Provide ongoing coaching, development, and support to enhance the skills of both the sales and design teams.
 Foster a culture of collaboration between the sales and design teams to ensure integrated solutions for clients.
 Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and training sessions to ensure alignment with business goals.Budgeting and Financial Management:
 Manage the areas sales and design budget, ensuring all locations meet financial targets like sales and profitability.
 Track financial metrics such as cost per sale/Customer Acquisition Cost, profit margins, and ROI, and work with team to optimize cost structures.
 Ensure accurate financial reporting across locations and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
 Propose and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards for design and service.


Job Specifications:
 B.Arch/M.Arch/B.Des/Diploma in interiors.
12 to 14 years of experience in interior sales in both residential and commercial projects.
 Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and design software.
 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
